The Strategy to Win course is designed to help you create a strategy from scratch. If you want a complete, coherent strategy, use lessons 1-10 sequentially. Strategy work is not finished until you give your teammates the playbook.

Strategy to Win begins with Lesson 1, which guides you in developing a Strategic Objective. Lessons 2-4 guide you to conduct deep research for your strategy. Lessons 5-10 guide you to create a playbook that ensures successful execution.
